Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
For stays longer than 3 days, we ask that you use the key provided, which hangs on the coat hook inside. This key operates the bottom lock, not the keypad lock. If you need access to the manual keybox, please message us. When using the key, kindly return it to the keybox after each use.
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 11:00 AM

We have an air mattress available for use
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
There are multiple parking spaces, but our designated spot (#7543) is right outside the house.
